In an exclusive offer, Launch Initiative is now giving you the opportunity to try on all of our clothing at home before you buy it. We are bring our store to your home.

How does this work?

Well when you are in our shop simply select the try before you buy option and we will offer you a 7 day trial period, whereby you have 7 days to return any items that you do not want. This means that you can order as many clothes as you like and only pay for the ones you keep.

How do I take advantage of the ‘Try Before You Buy option'?

To take advantage of this offer simply click the "Try Before You Buy" Box when going through the normal payment system.

Will I need to give you my credit card details?

Yes, Launch Initiative will ask for your credit card details and send you an invoice for the total amount charged however don't worry as this is only for security reasons, just like hiring a car.

How do I send you back the clothes that I don't want?

In your package, Launch Initiative will provide you with a return address sticker. Simply stick it over the existing sticker and mail it back to us, its that simple!

What are the terms and conditions of "Try Before You Buy"?

If you select the "Try Before You Buy" option you will agree to enter into the following agreement:

I agree to try before you buy and will have 7days to choose from the selection on this receipt.

I will accept clothing sent by Australia Post shipped to me on approval against my credit card.

My credit card will only be charged against the selection not returned to Launch Initiative

I will use the Return Address slip in the box for any returned garments, and post it via Australia Post.

I will return merchandise to Launch Initiative in the same condition I received it. I understand that I may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for garments returned in poor condition and 50% for garments needing repair and full price for garments unable to resell.

I understand that I have 7 days to decide on my selection and that the sale will be final. I will return the merchandise within 7 days, only the round trip shipping will be charged to my card.

I will use Australia Post only as the shipping and delivery method.

All on approval, "Try Before You Buy" sales are final. No cash, credit card, or check refunds.
